Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Temple, TX is seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team. The role is 100% outpatient with a hybrid schedule requiring 2-3 days in the office or full-time in office, and a January start date.

We offer above-market compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ based on productivity, full benefits, and a sign-on bonus. This position emphasizes patient care, clinical excellence, and work-life balance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMFT in the State of Texas.
• Experienced with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities
