LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in the Rehoboth Beach area to provide outpatient mental health care. The role supports a hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in-person sessions, and offers a productive, compensation-based model with a signing bonus.

You’ll work with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, be fully licensed in one or more US states, and join a nationally expanding behavioral health team with comprehensive benefits and strong work/life balance.
