Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time Telehealth role in California, delivering virtual therapy to individuals and families in a flexible remote setting.

The position requires a California LMFT license, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and at least 2 years of post-licensure experience. You will work remotely, using Telehealth platforms and EHR systems to support client care while adhering to state regulations.

Location: California
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

As a Telehealth LMFT, you will support individuals and families by providing evidence-based therapy through a virtual care model. This role allows you to focus on meaningful client work while operating within a well-organized clinical framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families
• Assess relational and behavioral health concerns
• Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Complete clinical notes in accordance with state regulations
• Participate in case reviews and team consultations
