Salary ranges from $130,000–$150,000 per year with comprehensive benefits. Part time is also available at $60,000-$70,000 per year. We offer flexible scheduling options and opportunities for professional growth through training and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
• Experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions to address mental health issues, relationship dynamics, and emotional challenges.
