Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Michigan to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This full-time remote role focuses on relationship dynamics and client-centered care.

You will conduct sessions, document treatment plans, and coordinate with other providers while upholding Michigan licensing requirements and professional standards in a telehealth setting.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in Michigan.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples and families.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, couples and families via scheduled video sessions.
• Review relationship and family history at intake.
• Help clients address communication problems, conflict, and major life changes.
• Identify areas that need attention during therapy.
• Keep session notes and required records up to date.
• Follow up on concerns that come up as therapy continues.
• Consult with other providers when additional input is needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Follow Michigan LMFT licensing and practice requirements.

About the PositionThis role is for an LMFT licensed in Michigan who will work with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. Clients may come to therapy because of relationship strain, changes at home, parenting concerns, family conflict, or other issues affecting how they relate to one another. You will guide sessions, help clients sort through difficult situations, and keep the clinical work connected to each case organized and current.
