Job Summary:

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a telehealth-first behavioral healthcare organization focused on expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health services. The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) will work 100% remotely, providing virtual therapy and care coordination for individuals, couples, and families facing relational, emotional, or psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Assessment & Intake: Conduct initial assessments and psychosocial evaluations via telehealth to identify relational dynamics, mental health concerns, and treatment goals.
• Therapeutic Services: Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices in a secure, HIPAA‑compliant virtual setting.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans aligned with their needs, goals, and values.
• Crisis Management: Respond to virtual crises as needed, providing de‑escalation, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all clinical sessions, care plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with internal medical and behavioral health teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.

Requirements:
