Full‑Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is needed to join our expanding mental health team. This position involves providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Offer therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth through training and clinical supervision.
  • Maintain ethical standards and uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay informed on advancements in marriage and family therapy methods.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
