Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary/associate licenses not intended for this role.
• Confidence managing treatment plans, documentation, and client communication in a full-time role.
• Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete intake interviews and gather background information.
• Identify main concerns to address during therapy.
• Help clients work through relationship strain, family issues, and personal stress.
• Keep progress notes and records up to date.
• Review cases as circumstances change.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Connecticut

Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position at a Glance

This role is for a Connecticut-licensed LMFT who will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. The work involves helping clients address concerns that may be affecting their relationships, home life, and overall well-being. You will manage your own appointments, handle the clinical work connected to each case, and communicate with other providers when additional support is needed.

What You’ll Manage

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
