Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state license for low voltage work.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Possession or eligibility of reciprocal license varies by state.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure installations and repairs meet regulations (local/state/federal)
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Evaluate existing systems for upgrades or enhancements
• Perform system upgrades to improve performance or meet standards
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and project managers
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
