Integrity FEX is expanding its remote life insurance sales team and seeks licensed professionals to grow their business while helping families find coverage that fits their needs.

Agents work directly with clients to understand goals, explain options, and guide them through the life insurance application process, with access to multiple carriers and sales technology.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Comfortable conducting business remotely and over the phone.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily schedule independently.
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and phone access.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on available Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Whole Life, and other life insurance options.

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients.
• Utilize provided sales technology and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, team development, and carrier education.
