Mair Agency is actively seeking experienced Life & Health Insurance Agents (1099) to grow their own business with a proven, relationship-focused model. Our in-house call center schedules 3-6 qualified appointments daily, enabling you to focus on client meetings and meaningful conversations with high closing potential.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance sales experience.
• Experience in Medicare, health, life, or supplemental insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Coachable and committed to following proven sales strategies.
• Willing to travel within your local territory (approximately 30,000-50,000 miles annually; no overnight travel required).
