Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking motivated individuals to become licensed life and health insurance agents, working with purpose to serve educators and public sector employees.

You will set meetings with schools, fire stations, and municipalities, receive mentorship and training, and you can grow your career with no cap on income while leads are provided and you operate during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed life and health insurance agent.
• Ability to work with schools, fire stations, municipalities to present products.
• Comfort with completing sales reports and applications on time.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings with schools and public sector entities to present products.
• Submit sales reports and applications promptly.
• Follow up and complete administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs.
