Job summary

Horace Mann, through National Teachers Associates (NTA Life), is seeking licensed life and health insurance agents to join a results-driven team. You will leverage company-provided leads and operate during standard business hours, with mentorship and ongoing training to develop a high-performing sales career.

You will meet with educators and public-sector staff, present product offerings, and manage timely reporting and applications.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a life and health insurance agent or able to obtain license
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to set meetings with schools, fire stations, municipalities, and other public entities
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Become a licensed life and health insurance agent.
• Work with top agents in a supportive, results-driven environment.
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to grow skills.
• Set meetings with schools and organizations to present products.
• Submit sales reports and applications in a timely manner.
