Dave DiOrio State Farm Agency in Louisville, CO is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Team Member. This sales-focused role combines prospecting, quoting, and nurturing existing accounts to drive multiline production.

You will follow up with prospects, close new Auto and Home policies, and deliver friendly, consultative service. Colorado P&C license is required; Life/Health license is a plus, and bilingual abilities are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• State Farm experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with insurance prospects and leads.
• Quote and close new Auto, Home, and other insurance business.
• Build relationships through consultative, low-pressure conversations.
• Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Work toward sales and multiline production goals.
• Help customers with policy questions and coverage needs.
• Process policy changes and updates.
• Assist with billing questions and other service requests.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Look for appropriate opportunities to strengthen customer coverage.
