Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local Allstate Exclusive Agency by building relationships and advising communities on protecting what matters most.

This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to earn uncapped income through base pay plus commissions and bonuses. You will generate new business, cross-sell to existing customers, and educate clients on Allstate products.

• Strong interest in a sales career.
• No insurance experience required—I’ll help you get licensed.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.
