Acceptance Insurance in Ocala, FL is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly performance bonuses, with ongoing training and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
