As a remote-first team, you will contribute to a smooth purchasing experience, advocate for customers, and provide feedback to help refine our app and services.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills for every interaction.
• Able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and high service standards.

• Elevate the product by sharing direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
