Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain before start date.
• 1–2 years of sales or related experience in insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Proactive problem solving and independent work ability.
• Team-oriented with agency goals in mind.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
