Araceli Sandoval - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service to customers, handling inquiries on coverage, billing, and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and managing customer relationships preferred.
• Strong communication written and verbal required.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
