The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license and at least six months of insurance agency or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum 6 months of insurance agency or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protection for their changing needs.
• Educate clients on policy options, available discounts, and coverage enhancements.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding service experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts through appropriate coverage recommendations and cross-selling when beneficial to the client.
• Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
• Work closely with agency team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
