Fiesta Auto Insurance is hiring a licensed insurance agent in Texas. No experience needed—paid training to obtain your license, plus a $200 sign-on bonus after licensing within 30 days.

Earn a competitive hourly base with commissions and get paid via direct deposit every Friday. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, generating leads, educating clients on coverage, handling policy changes, and supporting local marketing.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Willing to obtain a Limited lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to commute between locations throughout DFW.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
• Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
• Required: English.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
