Role Overview As a Licensed Life Insurance Agent & Agency Builder, your primary role is to connect qualified, high-intent prospects with tailored life insurance products while leveraging our agency infrastructure to scale your income. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to policy placement, using fresh, affordable Google-generated lead channels. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and lead your own team of producers using our fully supported recruiting system.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
  
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery
• Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides
  
• Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
