L.A. Insurance in Novi, MI seeks a full-time P&C Insurance Agent & Agency Leader. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee agency operations with the support of our zone management and corporate teams.

You’ll undergo a two-month interactive training program to hit the ground running and qualify for a total bonus potential of up to $5,000 in year one, plus profit sharing and comprehensive benefits. A strong sales track record helps you advance quickly.
