L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent in Michigan to quote, bind, and service auto insurance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers a two-month training period with $5,000 per month and the opportunity to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions. Bilingual Spanish speakers may qualify for a $7,500 bonus; a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus is also available.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
