Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote role with performance-based compensation. You’ll use a proven system that helped grow the agency to $40M/year, meeting clients virtually and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
