Colonial Life is hiring Insurance Agents to cover Jacksonville and the surrounding area with flexible location options. You will market life, accident, and disability benefits to local businesses and build your own book of business in a non-captive environment.

You can recruit and lead a sales team while enjoying uncapped commissions, residual income on renewals, and a comprehensive training program. We provide free leads, ads, CRM, and office space with strong work-life balance.
