Job summary

Hulcher Resources is seeking a licensed electrician to support industrial facility operations, maintenance projects, and emergency response activities throughout New Mexico.

The role involves hands-on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility improvements, with travel within the state and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have a Journeyman license or EE-98J and a strong track record in industrial electrical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman electrical license or EE-98J required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable outdoors in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair pumps, gauges, valves, controls, and related systems.
• Support facility maintenance projects including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, and infrastructure repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and time-sensitive service calls.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and small equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow OSHA and safety standards; communicate status to leadership.
