Job summary

LifeStance Health in Minnesota is seeking licensed therapists (LICSW) to join our outpatient team. Our clinicians provide compassionate mental health care to children, adolescents or adults in a supportive, evidence-based setting.

We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, a hybrid model, 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and a productivity-based compensation range of 73k to 126k.
