Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Massachusetts-licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for remote teletherapy. You will deliver virtual therapy to clients, manage a personal caseload, and coordinate with the care team while adhering to MA LICSW standards.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary, and full benefits. You will document thoroughly and ensure continuity of care for diverse mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts LICSW license
• MSW from an accredited program required
• Experience delivering therapy/clinical social work services preferred
• Strong written and spoken communication skills required
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHRs required

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy through scheduled virtual appointments

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

About the Position

This role is for a Massachusetts-licensed LICSW who will provide virtual therapy to clients with a range of mental health and life concerns. You'll work independently with your own schedule of clients while staying connected with the care team when coordination or additional input is needed. The work is focused on direct client care, clear documentation, and making sure each case receives the attention it needs.

What the Work Involves

• Provide therapy through scheduled virtual appointments
• Review new client concerns, background, and relevant history
• Address emotional, behavioral, and social factors that may be affecting a client's well-being
• Keep clinical notes and required records current
• Follow up on concerns that need additional attention
• Communicate with care partners when coordination is appropriate
• Identify when another service or resource may be helpful
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Massachusetts LICSW professional standards

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
