Job summary

The Society for Social Work and Research in Washington is actively seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our clinician team. We offer W2 employment, a competitive compensation package, a sign-on bonus, and a cash-based incentive plan, with generous benefits and a 401K match.

Hybrid work with in-person and remote flexibility supports work-life balance. We welcome therapists who are fully licensed in Washington State, with experience in adult and/or child/adolescent populations

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Washington State.
• Licenses: LMHC, LMFT or LCSW/LICSW.
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Experience in individual and/or couples therapy.
• Ability to supervise associates in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to clients.
• Work with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Support supervision for associates at 70 USD/hour for 2 hours/week.
• Collaborate with the clinician team to ensure clinical excellence.
