Job summary

Always Best Care Albuquerque is seeking a licensed CNA to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors on a flexible, on-the-road schedule. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour, with paid travel time and mileage, and a supportive field supervisor to help on first shifts.

Eligible candidates must hold NM CNA certification, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to provide references. English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active NM State CNA certification/license.
• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card.
• Current TB test within the last year with clear results.
• Able to pass background check and provide two references.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors at clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities of patient care and personal tasks.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-focused support on shifts.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with a field supervisor.
