Job summary
Jobot is an established electrical contracting company launching an HVAC division and is seeking Licensed HVAC Technicians to join our team full time. This hands-on role covers service, maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and/or commercial clients in Madison, WI.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience, EPA 608 Certification, and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (residential or commercial).
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Install HVAC systems, components, and equipment according to code and manufacturer specs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Collaborate with team members as our HVAC division grows
