Job summary

SH Audiology is seeking a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist to join our Sunnyvale team as a full-time professional. You will conduct audiometric testing, evaluate patient needs, and fit hearing aids with ongoing follow-up support.

The role requires California licensure, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with audiology software and EMR systems. Competitive base salary with commission, plus medical/dental/vision coverage and licensure support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AAS or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• California state licensure as Hearing Aid Specialist.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and audiology software experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audiometric testing and comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults.
• Fit, recommend, and dispense hearing aids tailored to each patient.
• Counsel patients on communication strategies and provide follow-up care and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate patient records compliant with regulatory standards.
• Uphold confidentiality and deliver ethical, compassionate care.
