Job summary

Health Helpers is seeking a detail-oriented insurance sales professional to join our team. Earn a guaranteed base pay of $800/week with a high volume of inbound leads and commission on top, driving total compensation between $60,000 and $85,000 yearly.

You will handle 15–20 inbound calls daily, educate customers on plans, and guide enrollment while using a CRM to manage leads and follow-ups. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred).
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices.
• Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven.

What You’ll Earn

• Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)


• Commission paid weekly


• Average total compensation: $60,000–$85,000/year


• No cold calling – receive 15–20 qualified inbound calls daily

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM


• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day Fridays!)
