Hair Cuttery is hiring Licensed Hair Stylists to turn talent into serious earnings. Your book and performance drive pay, with top stylists earning $45-$88+ per hour plus tips. Up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels help you grow your earnings as demand for your skills increases.

We support instant guest flow with marketing and training, plus opportunities in multiple states. A valid cosmetology license and work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring and styling with professional consultative approach.
• Drive earnings through service and retail while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Attract walk-in guests and participate in in-salon promotions to grow client base.
