Job summary

Regis Corporation’s SmartStyle Salon is seeking a licensed cosmetologist/barber to provide haircuts, color, waxing and more. You will consult with guests, deliver services professionally, and support operations including day-end system close-out.

The role requires a current license, flexible availability, and comfort with basic math and administrative tasks; joining a franchisee-owned Regis location offers opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at day end.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and determine guest needs through quality consultations.
• Perform services requested in a professional and efficient manner (haircuts, color/highlights, waxing, etc.).
• Utilize proprietary tools and techniques to deliver experiences that matter for clients.
