Sugar & Shears LLC is seeking a hairstylist to join our eco-friendly, bustling salon in Seattle, WA. We offer a family-like environment with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ongoing education in color and styling.

We’re hiring for Part-Time or Full-Time Stylist roles. Candidates should be able to work with all hair textures, perform updos and extensions, and be eager to learn more within a modern, spacious studio with flexible shifts and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Washington state Cosmetology license.
• 2 years experience preferred but not required.
• Be able to provide services or be open to learning.
• Enjoy educating clients and yourself continuously on the ever changing clean beauty standards.
• Able to conduct a thorough consultation, assess clients needs and deliver exceptional service.
