Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $55.00/hr

We are now hiring licensed cosmetologists and barbers for both full-time and part-time positions in Charlottesville! Medusa Enterprises is a locally owned Great Clips franchise - part of the world’s largest salon brand! Be one of the GREATS! Whether you’re new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!

We are a company that provides exceptional customer service while treating our customers, employees and co-workers with kindness, dignity and respect. We offer a fast-paced environment and GREAT earning potential. Our salons are high volume having your customers walk in for service. We will fill your chair. We have a generous PTO policy for both FT and PT staff (earn time off from day-one,) as well as a 401k with 4% company match, and annual tool allowance.

Qualifications

Active Virginia Cosmetology or Barber License
The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
