Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and organize materials for shipping and receiving. The role requires operating powered industrial equipment, scanning products, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualification includes at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one, and compliance with background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamps, and picker equipment.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle count as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the forklift safety checklist.
• Maintain facility readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
