Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate powered industrial equipment in a dynamic distribution environment. You will move, load, unload, and store products to support shipping and receiving demands while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes daily safety inspections, accurate inventory handling, and teamwork with supervision to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and/or transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
