Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to safely operate powered industrial equipment, load and unload goods, and support accurate inventory with scanners and labels. The role requires standing up or sit-down forklift experience and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inspections, completing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with SQFI/FDA standards. Must pass background and drug screening; high school diploma preferred; basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and keep the area inspection-ready.
