Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to safely move and store goods in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate powered industrial equipment, perform daily safety checks, and support shipping/receiving with accurate inventory handling.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Qualified applicants have forklift experience, pass a background/drug screen, and are comfortable using basic computer systems and labeling equipment.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience or more.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Maintain inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
