Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) to begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66). You will learn foundational advisor skills, build and manage client relationships, and guide clients through their financial needs with a human-centered approach.

As you progress to Stage II, you’ll deepen client engagement, grow relationships, and explore internal opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill.

• Support ongoing client relationship management and opportunity development within a portfolio of clients.
