Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with securities licensing requirements, build client relationships, and provide integrated financial guidance. Training through the academy leads to progression within Bank of America and Merrill.

You will start in a financial center setting, earning licenses (SIE, Series 7) and developing capabilities to advise clients with confidence and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Must be apt to obtain required FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) with timely completion.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1 year of financial services or sales experience (Desired).
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and client reviews/presentations.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Identify client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Leverage Bank of America and Merrill resources to grow business.
