Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses or equivalent
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of client relationship experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
• Proficient in CRM platforms and strong communication with clients
