Estheticians will maintain an active state license, carry liability insurance, and uphold licensing laws while delivering world-class experiences through personalized skincare regimens; sales goals and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Provide world class client experience to guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
