Job summary

Elements Massage Eden Prairie is actively seeking licensed estheticians to expand our skincare services and join a welcoming, value-driven team. The studio aims to foster a supportive work culture where employees feel valued and motivated daily.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with benefits including healthcare contribution, 401K match, product and service discounts, and full skincare training. Prior spa or facial experience is a plus, but all levels are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program.
• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality.
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus.
• The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry.
