Hand & Stone Timonium is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests in Timonium, MD. We focus on skincare as a transformative experience, offering personalized long-term plans and a high-quality client journey.

The role emphasizes licensing compliance, client-focused service, and ongoing training, with opportunities for advancement within a growth-focused franchise.

Formación

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
