Hand & Stone Southern Pines is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We focus on skincare as a transformative experience, offering customized long-term plans and high-quality, results-driven treatments.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while delivering top-level services that create an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Comply with state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class facial services and skincare treatments to clients.
• Design and implement progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
