As an Esthetician, you will maintain your Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, follow licensing laws, deliver a world class client experience, design progressive treatment plans, and contribute to sales goals through

Qualifications

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
